This station replaces the acid bench's polypropylene body with 304 stainless construction suited to the selected solvent process. Dedicated extraction, emergency power-off logic and provision for nitrogen purge address solvent-vapor management, while the six-foot deck leaves room for cleaning baths, drainboards and a drying position in one operator-controlled sequence.

Mixed solvent waste can create an incompatible or difficult disposal stream.Provide dedicated collection paths and label each drain or carboy connection for its approved solvent service.
