商品紹介

The 3500-class VOC filter extends to 595 mm and carries the largest activated-carbon inventory in its family. Sixteen cylinders deliver 3400 m3/h, with initial pressure drop in the frozen 165-175 Pa range according to carbon and scrim. This size is intended for full-scale AHUs where VOC loading, desired service life or airflow exceeds the medium model's duty. Its advantages depend on adequate fan static, correct carbon affinity and sufficient access to withdraw the long cartridges.

Used in full-size AHUs for clean manufacturing, industrial recirculation and commercial systems with substantial VOC or odor loading. Verify the predicted life for the actual compound mixture and do not use pressure rise as the only exhaustion signal.

The deep bed may meet life targets but exceed the available fan static.Model the complete filter train with the selected 165-175 Pa clean drop and confirm delivered airflow before choosing the largest cylinder.
A high media mass can still be ineffective if the carbon pore structure does not suit the target vapor.Match carbon type to compound volatility and molecular size, using gas-specific data rather than purchasing on weight alone.
