商品紹介

This 148 x 452 mm activated-carbon cylinder doubles the nominal bank airflow of the compact VOC model to 2500 m3/h. Depending on the selected media and scrim, initial resistance is 100 to 135 Pa. The longer carbon bed is aimed at sustained solvent, odor or mixed-organic exposure in recirculation and make-up air, while remaining easier to house and service than the 595 mm high-capacity model. Carbon grade must be chosen for the actual organic spectrum.

Applications

For industrial recirculation, clean manufacturing support and make-up air with moderate ongoing VOC or odor loading. Use separate particulate filtration and measure the relevant organic challenge to predict carbon exhaustion.

The pressure drop can vary materially with the carbon and internal scrim chosen.Obtain the final resistance point for the selected media fill and verify fan capacity at 2500 m3/h before shipment.
A single broad VOC specification may overlook a difficult high-volatility compound.List priority compounds and concentrations so carbon type, media mass and any second adsorbent stage can be selected deliberately.
