Two ion bars add bipolar ion treatment to the filtered high-velocity air stream.
The shortest ionizing model has a 1300 x 1000 x 2180 mm exterior and a 930 mm deep work zone for one or two people. Two ion bars introduce charged ions into the three-side jet field, while 16 stainless nozzles and two 0.75 kW fan sets perform garment blow-off. It is designed for low-volume electronics access where static neutralization is needed without a long tunnel.

For semiconductor, display, film, printing and optical production entrances with one or two operators per cycle. Ion balance, decay performance and maintenance intervals should be defined for the site's electrostatic-control program.
Select full stainless or coated-steel exterior, ion-monitoring interface, access control, cycle timing and alternate power arrangement. Verify ionizer maintenance access and process-specific ESD targets.
