This 70 mm H14 panel combines microglass mini-pleat media, an anodized aluminum frame and a continuous gel trough. Low-outgassing polyurethane or silicone gel can be selected to match the compatible knife-edge housing and process environment. The model is intended for aseptic filling and biotechnology ceilings that need a deeper H14 pack than the 53 mm version without adopting a full V-bank filter.

Applications

Designed for aseptic filling suites, biotechnology cleanrooms and critical pharmaceutical ceilings using bottom-load gel-seal housings. Gel material must be compatible with the room's vapor, cleaning agent and outgassing requirements.

The standard gel material is incompatible with the process cleaning chemistry.Select polyurethane or silicone only after reviewing the intended chemical and outgassing exposure.

A shallow H13 filter lacks the final efficiency or media area required for the aseptic zone.The 70 mm version upgrades to H14 and provides a deeper mini-pleat pack.
