Dry mechanical sealing
The continuous PU gasket suits flat ceiling lands and avoids gel handling where a reliable clamping system is already installed.
This terminal ULPA uses a continuous polyurethane face gasket instead of a fluid gel trough or protruding knife edge. Available frame depths of 69, 90 or 150 mm allow the U15 panel to fit several clamped ceiling and tool housings, but compression allowance must be matched to the installed latch travel. Media may be selected as microglass or ePTFE according to the process contamination strategy.

Multiple frame depths help buyers preserve ceiling-plenum clearance while retaining the required U15 terminal duty.
Microglass supports conventional use, while ePTFE can be selected where a boron-free membrane route is preferred.
