Perkenalan produk

The 610 x 610 x 91 mm outer frame accepts a 592 x 592 mm header filter and can also carry an optional prefilter arrangement. Pre-drilled edges allow repeated frames to form a built-up bank, while snap-in compression tabs seat each filter against the flange. Galvanized or stainless steel and optional PU gasketing let the frame match the air-handler environment without changing the full-module geometry.

Small gaps accumulate between repeated frames and create bypass across a large wall.Bolt the pre-drilled edges to a continuous support structure and seal every frame-to-frame and perimeter joint.

A nominal 24 in filter does not fit the 592 mm clear opening.Confirm the actual header dimensions and gasket projection rather than ordering by nominal face size alone.
