Panel Pelepasan Ledakan (Explosion Relief Panel)

A lightweight engineered panel forming a defined pressure-relief boundary for process enclosures and ductwork.

Perkenalan produk

The explosion relief panel closes a protected enclosure during normal operation and opens at an engineered differential pressure to release combustion gases toward a safe zone. Panel area, restraint and opening pressure depend on the enclosure strength, hazard and vent path. A perimeter gasket limits normal leakage, while optional indication confirms that the panel has opened.

Fitur utama:

A calibrated weak boundary relieves pressure before the host enclosure fails.

Light panel construction supports rapid opening.

A gasketed frame maintains the normal process seal.

Burst indication can report relief operation to the control system.

Solusi untuk aplikasi Anda

An enclosure exposed to rapid combustion needs a predictable relief path that does not compromise normal containment.

An arbitrary access panel opens at an unknown pressure. The relief assembly is engineered for a defined opening behavior and protected volume.

Normal air leakage disrupts process pressure control.A continuous perimeter gasket seals the panel during routine operation.

A released panel can become a projectile.Retention, hinge or tether arrangements control movement where the design requires them.

Operators may not know that a remote panel has opened. An optional burst switch reports relief operation and initiates shutdown logic.
