Two-stage metal depth
Different upstream and downstream screen densities spread contamination through the four-inch pack.
This 100 mm galvanized steel panel divides its reusable media into two functional depths. Coarse upstream screens receive lint and larger debris, while a finer downstream 18-mesh section provides a second capture layer. The staged pack is intended for 450–550 fpm service in heavy-lint or light oil-mist prefiltration ahead of disposable filters.
Different upstream and downstream screen densities spread contamination through the four-inch pack.
The coarse side faces incoming air so the finer 18-mesh section is not loaded first by large debris.
The steel assembly can be removed and cleaned instead of discarding a deep loaded panel.

Used at industrial make-up-air intakes, process exhaust support systems and mechanical areas where lint or light oil mist would quickly blind a disposable panel. It acts as a serviceable upstream stage before finer replaceable filters.
