Introduction de produit

This 100 mm permanent filter places the deepest aluminum mesh pack in the three-model family inside a rigid all-metal frame. The expanded reusable medium is suited to heavy coarse loading at 300–600 fpm and can be washed and recoated. Its larger depth and holding mass make it appropriate where frequent disposable-filter changes are undesirable and the rack can accept a four-inch cell.

Applications

Designed for dusty industrial intake systems, process support AHUs and utility ventilation where washable metal filtration is maintained on site. It is selected when the rack has sufficient depth and longer reusable loading intervals are valued over the lighter handling of thinner panels.

A deep wet metal filter is difficult to handle safely.Provide lifting access, drain the cell fully and support its perimeter during removal and drying.
