Conductivity-independent heating
Immersion elements generate steam without relying on the feed water to complete the power circuit.
This compact resistive humidifier produces approximately 5 kg/h using controlled immersion heaters rather than passing current through the water. That principle supports stable modulation across a broader water-conductivity range than an electrode cylinder. The smallest housing and scale-collection system suit laboratories and metrology rooms, provided the selected feed-water quality and periodic scale maintenance follow the installation requirements.

Controlled heater stages suit tight humidity requirements in small rooms.
The vessel and scale collector are sized for the lowest output class and limited plant space.
