Introduction de produit

Rated ISO ePM1 75%, MERV 14 and F8, this twelve-pocket unit is the high-efficiency member of the 592 × 592 × 650 mm group. It carries 4250 m3/h at a 3.2 m/s face velocity and has a 140 Pa initial pressure drop. The denser synthetic media is selected where fine-particle reduction takes priority over the lower resistance of coarser grades.

Applications

Designed for cleanroom supply AHUs in electronics, life-science and precision manufacturing facilities where an ePM1-rated intermediate stage is needed. It is especially relevant when HEPA replacement cost or fine outside-air loading is a major concern.

Fine atmospheric particles rapidly increase the pressure drop of terminal HEPA filters.Place the ePM1 75% pocket filter upstream to capture more of the fine loading in a serviceable AHU stage.
The fan selection does not include the clean resistance of a high-grade bag filter.Include the documented 140 Pa starting pressure and the selected change-out limit in the system calculation.
