The 2400 CFM duty supports more demanding contamination loads than the medium model.
The higher-capacity air-knife model raises published airflow to 2400 CFM within a 108 x 51 x 104 in enclosure. Its 15 hp system, downdraft grate and self-contained filtration target severe dust loads or higher personnel demand. Compared with the 1500 CFM cabinet, it requires three more inches of depth and greater airflow handling rather than a larger motor rating.

For lead, beryllium, coating, mineral, composite and other demanding industrial de-dusting routes with higher loading or several workers. Confirm dust chemistry, disposal controls, air balance and room pressure before selecting maximum airflow.
Specify filter technology, HEPA after-filter, VFD, doors, sensors, lighting and installation in series or parallel. Combustible or toxic dust requires a site-specific engineering assessment.
