Introduction de produit

The 305 mm-wide frame accepts a 287 x 592 mm filter while maintaining the 610 mm height and 91 mm depth of the larger modules. It closes narrow edge spaces and supports odd-width bank layouts without an oversized blanking plate. Galvanized or stainless construction, optional PU gasketing and modular mounting holes allow the half cell to seal consistently beside the full-size frames.

For narrow perimeter sections, odd-width built-up filter walls and compact AHU casings using 287 x 592 mm filters.

Solutions for Your Application

The narrow cell sees excessive velocity because airflow is not distributed across the whole bank.Check face velocity by module and use inlet distribution or blanking where the half-cell duty would otherwise be overloaded.

A weak perimeter support twists the half-width frame and breaks the gasket line.Brace the edge module continuously and seal it to both the adjacent frame and the AHU casing.
