Higher corrosion resistance
316L construction is better suited to demanding cleaning programs and moisture exposure than standard coated steel.
The 316L UV model is intended for transfer routes that require a more corrosion-resistant chamber and a programmed treatment step after particle blow-off. HEPA-filtered jets remove loose debris from the load, while the integrated UV module can operate during a closed-door dwell period. UV line-of-sight limitations remain important: package faces hidden by stacking or shadow are not treated equally.

Air jets address loose particles, while UV provides an optional timed surface-exposure stage with both doors secured.
Interlock logic can separate loading, blow-off, UV dwell and clean-side release for repeatable operation.

For controlled pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical-device transfers where corrosion resistance and an additional closed-chamber surface-treatment stage are required. The facility should validate UV dose, distance, shadowing and material compatibility for its own load pattern.
Define UV lamp arrangement, exposure timer, door handing, nozzle layout, filter monitoring and electrical controls. Final treatment claims must be based on the user's validated cycle and actual packaging geometry.
