This intermediate unit extends the work zone to 1930 mm and doubles the ionization and air hardware of the compact model. Four ion bars, 32 stainless nozzles and four 0.75 kW fan sets serve two to four users. It balances group throughput with a smaller footprint than the 3000 mm six-bar tunnel.

For medium-traffic semiconductor, flat-panel, film and precision-plastics facilities where several gowned operators require simultaneous dust removal and charge neutralization. Standing positions should preserve exposure to all four ionized air zones.
Configure shell materials, ionizer diagnostics, voice prompts, access control, door style and shower duration. Establish ion-balance verification points for the installed chamber.
