The same element count delivers twice the 20 kW model's power within a compact flanged assembly.
The 40 kW stage retains the 24-element, eight-inch flange architecture but increases designed surface loading to 8 W/in2. It provides twice the output of the low-density final stage for intermediate clean process-air heating.
