Surface rods add fittings along the full door height.
The vertical operating linkage fits inside the hollow leaf.
This device transfers push-bar movement to vertical rods housed inside a prepared hollow door leaf. Only the operating bar and limited latch fittings remain exposed after installation, reducing the amount of surface linkage around the doorway. The upper and lower latch assemblies engage the header and floor. Door preparation and access openings form an important part of the assembly because future adjustment must reach the internal rods and their connecting components.
