Cleanroom détecteur de fumée
A low-profile optical detector with a cleanable housing and sealed ceiling interface for controlled environments.
- Logement nettoyable à profil bas
- Addressable or Conventional Base
- Selectable Sensitivity
- Remote Indicator Option
Introduction de produit
The cleanroom smoke detector encloses an optical sensing chamber in a smooth low-profile housing fixed to a sealed mounting base. Addressable electronics can report device identity, contamination level and alarm status to the fire panel, while selectable sensitivity helps balance early response against nuisance sources. A removable detector head supports scheduled service without disturbing the ceiling cable entry.
Key Features
Smooth exposed surfaces support routine wipe-down.
A twist-lock head separates from the fixed wired base for service.
Addressable versions report device and maintenance status.
Des solutions pour votre application
High airflow and strict cleaning requirements demand a detector that remains serviceable without creating an untidy ceiling penetration.
Air movement can dilute smoke at a passive detector.Detector spacing and sensitivity are coordinated with the room airflow pattern and fire design.
Dust accumulation raises nuisance-alarm risk.Chamber compensation and maintenance reporting identify gradual contamination.
Ceiling service can disturb clean finishes. The detector head removes from a permanently sealed wired base.
Operators need to locate an alarmed device quickly.Addressable identity and an optional remote LED provide clear location status.
