Connecteur Grid Plafond
A galvanized four-way stamped plate that locates and fastens intersecting cleanroom ceiling-grid channels at a common center.
- Four-Way Geometry
- Eight Adjustment Slots
- Folded Locating Tabs
- Galvanized Steel
Introduction de produit
The ceiling grid connector is a one-piece stamped steel cross plate with four perpendicular arms. Paired oblong slots on every arm provide fixing and limited alignment adjustment, while folded tabs register mating channels around the central intersection. The low-profile fitting reinforces a four-way ceiling-grid joint without adding a bulky exposed component below the finished ceiling plane.
Key Features
Two slots per arm provide balanced fixing and field adjustment.
Folded locating tabs guide compatible channels into repeatable positions.
Stamped galvanized construction combines low profile with practical joint stiffness.
Des solutions pour votre application
Four intersecting ceiling channels must remain square and flush while installers position and tighten multiple fasteners.
Loose channels drift out of square during assembly. The cross geometry and locating tabs register all four directions from one center.
Fixed round holes offer little tolerance for site alignment.Paired elongated slots provide controlled adjustment before tightening.
Stacked splice pieces create an uneven joint thickness.A single stamped plate distributes the connection in one low-profile layer.
Unprotected concealed steel can corrode in humid plenums.Galvanized or stainless material is selected for the expected exposure.
