The Bouffant Cap expands into a roomy pleated crown that accommodates different hair volumes while its continuous elastic edge sits around the hairline. Spunbond polypropylene provides a light, breathable disposable layer for controlled support areas, laboratories, food handling and general manufacturing. Compact folding enables efficient dispensing without rigid components.

A bouffant cap must contain the complete hairline without excessive elastic pressure. Selecting a diameter that is too small can cause slippage, while an oversized cap may sag near the work area.
Hair can escape around the temples or nape.Don the elastic around the entire hairline and confirm full coverage before entry.
Tight elastic can become uncomfortable during long wear periods.Select soft latex-free elastic with a uniformly gathered edge.
