Small-load cycle efficiency
The compact volume avoids conditioning a large empty chamber when routine loads are tools, bags or small component kits.
The 600 mm VHP pass box is the smallest chamber in this family, using a 600 x 600 x 600 mm 316 stainless interior within a 1200 x 660 x 2000 mm service enclosure. H14 filtration supports the controlled airflow path through conditioning, vapor exposure and aeration. Published family cycle time is 90–150 minutes and the release target is below 1 ppm residue, but both values require confirmation for the actual load and room interface.

316 stainless construction suits repeated exposure and cleaning within the vapor treatment zone.
The cycle can hold clean-side release until the configured low-residue condition is reached.

For small sterile material loads entering pharmaceutical, biotechnology and aseptic processing areas without high-temperature treatment. Product compatibility, hydrogen-peroxide absorption and aeration time must be tested with the actual load rather than inferred from empty-chamber performance.
Define VHP generator interface, concentration sensing, door orientation, cycle recipe access, printer or data export and emergency aeration logic. Final cycle performance depends on load material and packing density.
