Reinraum Drainage, Hygiene und Sicherheitsgeräte
Reinraum-Wärme - Detektor
A sealed low-profile thermal detector for spaces where aerosols or process conditions make optical smoke sensing unsuitable.
- Fixed-Temperature or Rate-of-Rise
- Low-Profile Cleanable Housing
- Addressable Status Reporting
- Sealed Ceiling Base
Produkteinführung
The cleanroom heat detector monitors ambient temperature with fixed-threshold, rate-of-rise or combined logic. Its smooth polymer head attaches to a gasketed wired base so the visible ceiling interface remains compact. Addressable variants identify the device and report alarm or fault status, while conventional variants connect to zone circuits using the same serviceable head-and-base arrangement.
Key Features
Smooth housing minimizes exposed recesses.
Twist-lock removal leaves wiring secured in the base.
Local LED and remote-indicator terminals simplify status checks.
Lösungen für Ihre Anwendung
Some controlled spaces produce vapor or aerosols that can cause unwanted optical alarms but still require dependable fire detection.
Routine aerosols resemble smoke to an optical chamber.Thermal sensing responds to temperature behavior instead of airborne particles.
A high normal temperature can sit close to a generic alarm point. The detector class and threshold are selected for the actual ambient range.
Ceiling wiring should not be disturbed during head replacement.A removable sensing head connects to a permanently wired base.
Maintenance staff need quick alarm location.Device addressing and visible LED status identify the active detector.
