Der Säure-und Alkali gas wäscher ist ein vertikal gepackter Absorptions turm für zentral isierte chemische Abgase. The displayed basis is a vertical FRP packed tower approximately 1800 mm in diameter and 6000 mm overall height, with a 2000 mm nominal packing zone, integral recirculation sump, one external pump, top demister and small dosing package. The site's fixed ten-row schema uses panel-oriented labels; Panel Thickness therefore records the representative structural shell wall rather than cabinet depth, while Steel Facing Thickness is zero because the corrosion barrier is nonmetallic. Exhaust volume, packing, liquid chemistry, circulation rate, resin system, fan and instrumentation are selected for the actual duty.
