Solutions for Your Application

Overcome the Challenges in Your Process

Simplify the coordination of multiple FFUs with controls and ceiling components selected as a system. Match unit grouping, monitoring, building-management interfaces and service access to the way your cleanroom operates.

FFUs from one zone do not start or respond together.Use a group or central controller sized around the actual zoning plan.
The BMS cannot read useful FFU status points.Define the field protocol and point list before selecting a communication gateway.
Ceiling modules do not fit or seal consistently.Coordinate grid bay dimensions, gasket interfaces and suspended loads as one ceiling system.
Maintenance requires access above a congested ceiling.Select room-side serviceable terminal housings and document the access route.
A full central cabinet is unnecessary for a small zone.Use a local speed controller or group panel at the appropriate control scale.

Common Questions

Before choosing FFU Controls & Ceiling Components

It is useful when multiple zones require coordinated commands, alarm visibility, operating schedules or building-network integration.

A compatible local controller can command one EC FFU using the supported low-voltage interface, subject to the motor and controller specifications.

It also coordinates module dimensions, seals, blank panels, lights and service penetrations, so it should be planned with the ceiling layout.

Confirm the FFU field protocol, gateway protocol, network topology, point list, addressing and responsibility for commissioning.
