Separate controls make the transfer cycle difficult to follow.
The display presents door and connected-equipment states together.
This system separates a wall-mounted control unit from a flush stainless display module. A 32-bit microcontroller coordinates three transfer doors and provides outputs for pass-box lighting, ultraviolet equipment and a blower. The display uses a two-line character screen with status LEDs. Static and dynamic configurations are available, with pressure monitoring reserved for the dynamic version. The system hardware is supplied for integration with a transfer chamber rather than as the chamber itself.
