ESD مأخذ التأريض
The ESD Grounding Socket is a fixed bonding point that consolidates wrist-strap, mat and equipment-ground connections at a workstation.
- Dual banana jacks provide convenient operator connection points.
- Central snap supports mat or accessory bonding.
- High-visibility faceplate distinguishes the ESD ground interface.
مقدمة المنتج
A durable yellow insulating faceplate carries two standard banana receptacles and a stainless snap interface. Rear terminals join the contacts to a green-and-yellow protective-earth conductor ending in a ring lug. Recessed mounting holes support bench, wall or furniture-panel installation while keeping the connection point visible and accessible.
الخصائص الرئيسية
Stainless snap accepts common mat-grounding hardware.
Rear screw or stud terminal provides a defined earth connection.
Bright yellow housing aids recognition during audits.
Recessed fasteners produce a tidy fixed installation.
Modular faceplate format suits benches and partition panels.
حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك
A fixed bonding point must be readily identifiable, mechanically secure and electrically joined to the designated facility grounding network.
Operators connect to an unverified metal fixture.A dedicated yellow faceplate clearly identifies the approved bonding point.
One socket cannot serve a second operator.Dual banana receptacles provide two accessible cord connections.
Mat and wrist-strap connections compete for the same interface.Separate banana jacks and snap hardware accommodate different terminations.
A loose rear wire creates intermittent grounding.Mechanical terminal hardware and a crimped ring lug establish a serviceable connection.
Surface-mounted hardware is snagged or damaged.Recessed mounting holes and a compact plate protect the working interfaces.
تطبيقات نموذجية
Electronics assembly workbenches.Laboratory and service stations.ESD-protected room partitions.Grounded packing and inspection tables.Training and visitor work positions.
