This 592 × 592 × 21 mm model retains the 3200 m3/h full-module rating while increasing frame and mesh-support depth. Washable black nylon can be supplied in single- or double-layer arrangements within the referenced G2–G4 family, and the medium is limited to 70 °C for the cited construction. It is intended for humid general ventilation where a more substantial reusable panel is easier to handle than a 10 mm screen.

Applications

Used in humid commercial AHUs, clean industrial return-air systems and washable first-stage racks that accept a 21 mm panel. It provides the full 592 mm face and airflow capacity with more physical support than the 10 mm model.
