Negative-pressure capture
Inward face airflow directs released powder toward the filtered exhaust path.
The four-foot station provides a practical single-operator negative-pressure work zone with 23 or 30 in interior depth. A remote blower and ductwork draw air into the open face and through a 99.99% HEPA exhaust filter. This configuration is intended to limit dust migration during small weighing tasks while retaining space for a balance and containers.
Inward face airflow directs released powder toward the filtered exhaust path.
A 23 in interior suits compact balances, while 30 in supports deeper instruments and containers.
Separating the blower from the work enclosure can reduce local heat and noise.

For small pharmaceutical powder weighing and sampling with one balance. The suitability of filtered exhaust and duct routing depends on the material hazard assessment and applicable exposure limits.
Choose interior depth, work surface, airflow monitor, sash arrangement, service fixtures and remote blower capacity. Filter handling should match the material risk.
