Powder-coated panels provide a practical enclosure where stainless chemical resistance is not required.
The powder-coated model combines a 35 x 32 x 48 inch internal cargo space with a 1 hp blower and high-velocity blow-off nozzles. Its coated steel enclosure is intended for general industrial cleanroom entries where routine dry cleaning is adequate. Electromagnetic door control separates the less-clean and clean sides while the air-shower cycle removes loosely held surface particles before the load advances.

Suitable for electronics, packaging and general controlled manufacturing where carts or boxed materials collect transport dust before entering the cleaner zone. It is not a substitute for surface disinfection or removal of bonded contamination; the incoming packaging condition must be defined separately.
Specify door handing, nozzle arrangement, cycle timer, filter indication, floor interface and electrical supply. Confirm cart dimensions and wheel-track clearance before approving the chamber size.
