The fiberglass-faced leaf moves along the wall on an overhead sliding support, making the entrance usable without a panel sweeping across the floor. Enclosed lead protection gives the door its radiation-shielding function while the smooth GRP exterior remains accessible for cleaning. The parked leaf requires clear side-wall space, and the supporting structure must accommodate the complete door assembly. This model is a conventional hygienic sliding configuration; the separate HPL hermetic model adds a different sealing action and should not be treated as an identical door.
