Select for wet food preparation and processing routes with heavy movement and hot cleaning cycles. Keep floor drainage and joint locations visible in the layout so equipment does not obstruct them. Temperature limits depend on exposure duration and the selected installed system; intermittent liquid exposure is not a continuous operating rating.
