Each 40 mm leaf uses a vermiculite interior and smooth gelcoat exterior, with conventional hinges located at the outer jambs. The selected faces are opaque, making the central meeting joint the principal interruption in the door surface. The paired arrangement suits wider compartment access while retaining the material system of a coordinated hygienic fire-door set.
