Flexible chamber arrangement
Turbulent-flow ventilation supports multipurpose layouts where process tools do not need to align beneath a unidirectional supply field.
This configuration uses mixed, engineered chamber airflow instead of a unidirectional downflow field. It is suited to aseptic operations whose layout benefits from four glove positions and integrated hydrogen-peroxide biodecontamination but does not require UDAF over the entire working surface.
