Networked Multi-Door Cleanroom Interlock System Ethernet-Distributed Network

Coordinate widely separated airlocks through a PLC master and Ethernet-connected remote I/O.
  • Remote I/O allows door groups to be physically separated.
  • A master sequence can coordinate several interlocked areas.
  • Facility interfaces support consolidated operating information.

Ürün tanıtımı

This network separates the master interlock logic from remote input/output equipment installed around a facility. Ethernet links carry the control information between locations, while local connections serve door sensors, locks and operator stations. A modular cabinet arrangement accommodates the distributed equipment. The architecture is intended for larger cleanroom installations that need shared monitoring and engineered sequences across multiple airlocks, rather than a self-contained controller serving only one vestibule.

Ana Özellikler

  • Remote I/O allows door groups to be physically separated.
  • A master sequence can coordinate several interlocked areas.
  • Facility interfaces support consolidated operating information.

Applications

  • Large pharmaceutical buildings.
  • Research facilities with distant controlled-access areas.

Solutions for Your Application

Airlocks are too dispersed for one local board.

Remote I/O serves each area through the Ethernet architecture.

Facility operators need a common view of access status.

SCADA integration can gather the network's operating signals.

Mevcut Seçenekler

  • Additional remote I/O stations.
  • Central operator interface.
  • MES connection.
