Unlike open-discharge floor recirculators, this model sends filtered air through a 296 mm outlet sized for a 300 mm duct. The 800 x 750 x 1520 mm cabinet combines a prefilter, medium filter and HEPA stage, delivering an initial 30 m³/min at 60 Hz from a 600 W motor. Casters with stoppers allow the 150 kg unit to be positioned beside temporary positive-pressure rooms and retrofit enclosures.

Applications

Designed for temporary positive-pressure cleanrooms, retrofit enclosures and work zones supplied through short flexible or rigid ducting. Duct resistance, leakage and room pressure should be measured because the cited 30 m³/min value is an initial 60 Hz condition.

Solutions for Your Application

An open-discharge floor unit cannot deliver clean air into a sealed temporary room.Connect the 296 mm outlet to a correctly supported 300 mm duct leading to the enclosure supply point.

A long or restrictive duct could reduce the expected airflow.Keep the route short where practical and verify delivered volume and room pressure after the complete duct is installed.
