The unpleated bonded mat presents a direct air path for intake systems that have little pressure-drop allowance.
This flat panel uses an 8 mm thermally bonded polyolefin mat instead of a pleated pack. The open structure supports a nominal media velocity of 2.0 m/s with a 30 Pa initial pressure drop, making it the least restrictive member of this washable panel group. Its 610 mm-class face suits first-stage positions ahead of more efficient filters.

Intended for clean-utility intakes, equipment ventilation openings and make-up-air systems that need coarse screening before a finer stage. It is particularly useful when the fan has limited spare pressure and large particle removal is the immediate objective.
