At 145 mm diameter and 600 mm length, this metal molecular cylinder provides the deepest acid-target bed in the frozen three-model group. Sixteen units serve a 610 x 610 mm opening at 3400 m3/h with 190 Pa initial resistance. The added adsorbent volume suits high-load or longer-life duty but demands more fan pressure and withdrawal space than the shorter models. Galvanized or stainless shells accept selected impregnated carbon or alumina and can be factory refilled.

Maximum acid-media inventory

The 600 mm length carries the largest adsorbent charge in this group, supporting longer exposure or higher acid loading when adequate space is available.

Full-bank airflow

High-temperature metal platform

The refillable metal shell can be selected in galvanized or stainless construction and is suitable for cylinder applications up to the documented 80 C limit.

Specified for full-size corrosion-control AHUs and cleanroom-support ventilation with significant acid-gas exposure or a demanding service interval. Confirm that the fan can absorb 190 Pa clean resistance and that the housing permits removal of a 600 mm cylinder.

Solutions for Your Application

Adding the deepest cylinder could reduce airflow below the room or process requirement.Include the 190 Pa clean drop and expected system loading in the fan calculation before choosing the 3500 class.

Maintenance staff may not have enough straight-line clearance to withdraw a 600 mm cartridge.Measure the access aisle and door opening, then choose front or side service geometry that clears the full cylinder length.
