Ürün tanıtımı

Cleanroom Finger Cots provide localized protection where full-hand gloves are unnecessary. Each smooth natural-latex sleeve covers one finger to help prevent skin oils and particles from reaching optical parts, electronics and precision surfaces. Powder-free processing supports controlled handling, while the rolled base ring keeps the cot seated during short assembly and inspection tasks.

Ana Özellikler

Single-finger coverage reduces heat and restriction compared with full gloves

Elastic natural latex conforms closely to fingertip contours

Powder-free smooth surface supports sensitive component handling

Rolled base ring improves retention and simplifies donning

Multiple diameters provide a secure fit without excessive compression

Uygulamanız için çözümler

Localized fingertip protection must stay secure without reducing sensitivity or introducing powder. Incorrect diameter can cause slipping, tightness or premature tearing.

An oversized cot may loosen during detailed handling.Match the internal diameter to the wearer and task duration.

A small diameter may restrict circulation or split at the ring.Use elastic film with a smooth, evenly rolled retaining ring.

Powder or skin oils may contaminate optical and electronic surfaces.Specify powder-free clean processing and sealed bags.

Thick material may reduce tactile feedback.Select a controlled thin-wall construction for precision work.

Tipik uygulamalar

Used for optics and lens handling, electronic assembly, watchmaking, photonics, laboratory work, pharmaceutical support, precision inspection and protection of polished components.

Teknik parametreler

The following ranges describe common rolled powder-free latex finger cots for controlled areas. Natural latex should be replaced with a synthetic option for sensitized users.

Temel malzemeler	Powder-free natural rubber latex
Panel kalınlığı	0.09–0.12 mm single wall
Effective Width (Etkili Genişlik)	15–28 mm internal diameter by size
Maksimum uzunluk	72 mm
Çelik yüz yüze kalınlığı	0 mm; Çelik yüzü kullanılmaz
Core Density (Çekirdek Yoğunluğu)	910–940 kg/m³ natural-rubber elastomer
Termal İletkenlik	0.13–0.16 W/(m·K), formulation dependent
Yüzey bitirme	Natural pale cream, smooth and powder-free
Ortak tip	Haddelenmiş tutma halkalı dikişsiz boru yatağı
Customization (Özelleşme)	Kullanılan uygulama ve çalışma ortamına göre kullanılabilir.
