Two selected standing positions let co-workers follow one shared entry sequence rather than separate individual cycles.
A two-person air shower provides an enclosed cleaning stage for a pair of gowned operators entering the same controlled area. Its standing positions can extend along the travel direction or use a wider floor plan, with nozzle banks, returns and access doors arranged for that geometry. Metal enclosure surfaces, observation glazing and a local controller support an orderly entry routine. It is a practical intermediate size between individual entry and a larger group chamber.
Two selected standing positions let co-workers follow one shared entry sequence rather than separate individual cycles.
Outlet positions are distributed along the chosen occupied zone instead of treating two-person capacity as extra empty floor area.
Cycle indication helps the second entrant recognize when to step in, wait and move toward the clean-side door.
Interior and exterior metal finishes can be chosen separately where wear and cleaning exposure differ.
The main purchasing decision is how two people will occupy and move through the chamber together.
Common reference configurations for a two-person air shower. The single-file layout pairs one outer enclosure with its clear chamber; side-by-side options use their own dimensions and nozzle arrangement.
| Batch Occupancy | Two people per shower cycle |
|---|---|
| Common Single-File Layout Option | Overall: 1400 × 1500 × 2100 mm; clear chamber: 800 × 1400 × 1980 mm (W × D × H) |
| Nozzle Layout Reference | 18 directional sidewall nozzles for a 1500 mm-deep tandem enclosure |
| Common Jet-Speed Selection | 25 m/s-class nozzle-outlet configuration |
| Timed Cycle Control | Adjustable shower duration with entry sensing and cycle-status indication |
| Air Cleaning Arrangement | Prefilter and HEPA final filtration in a recirculating air path |
| Casing Choices | Coated-steel or Type 304 stainless steel construction |
| Electrical Variant Reference | 380 V AC, 50 Hz |
| Blower Layout | Paired centrifugal blower sections serving the selected nozzle banks |
| Access Control | Interlocked entrance and exit doors with an emergency-release function |
| การปรับแต่ง | สามารถใช้ได้ตามแอปพลิเคชันที่ตั้งใจไว้และสภาพแวดล้อมการทํางาน |
Start with a two-position batch chamber, sidewall jet banks, return filtration and a coordinated entrance/exit sequence. Additional controls, door mechanisms and finishes depend on the selected floor plan.
Two-person capacity does not automatically mean a wider doorway. A longitudinal chamber places the operators one behind the other; a side-by-side chamber needs a different usable width and jet pattern. Provide the intended standing positions and garment sizes before choosing the shell. Keep total enclosure size, clear chamber size and actual door aperture as separate measurements.
Estimate throughput from two occupants plus entry, door closure, showering and exit time. The timer setting alone is not the total batch time. Both people must be in their intended positions before the operating sequence begins, with enough clearance to turn without touching each other or the inner walls.
One operator can shield another if the layout and nozzle angles are chosen only for an empty chamber. Select the fan and filter arrangement for the complete nozzle circuit; a nozzle-speed reference is not a passage-average reading. Use the actual motor and lighting/control schedule for electrical sizing instead of copying a single-person power value.
Allow for door swings, threshold access and replacement of filters after the surrounding partitions are installed. Define the exit release, emergency override and loss-of-power behavior without relying on the normal interlock program alone. Where two positions still leave a shift-change queue, compare the multi-person air shower using a complete traffic-cycle calculation.
