กล่องผ่านห้องคลีนรูมสามประตู
- One Shared Chamber
- Three Access Sides
- Electronic Door Interlock
- Individual Status Indicators
การแนะนําสินค้า
The three-door cleanroom pass box places material access on three faces of a single stainless-steel enclosure. It suits a junction where adjoining rooms need to exchange small containers without installing a separate hatch for every pair of rooms. The selected electronic control arrangement monitors door closure and manages access requests across all three sides. The chamber remains a common handling space, so material routing and cleaning between transfers are important.
คุณสมบัติที่สําคัญ
A common transfer surface keeps trays within reach from each opening.
Separate status indicators communicate local lock and access states.
Glazed door panels provide a view of chamber occupancy.
Flush-finished interior joints simplify wiping between different loads.
โซลูชันสำหรับแอปพลิเคชันของคุณ
Three access points are useful only when operators know where a load is going and which transfer takes priority.

|---|---|
| Reference Chamber Size (W × D × H) | 600 × 600 × 600 mm |
| Chamber Construction | 304 stainless steel; 316 stainless steel optional |
| Door Layout | Three hinged doors on different chamber faces |
| Access Control | Electronic three-door interlock with closed-door sensing and one-door-at-a-time release |
| Viewing Panels | Toughened or laminated glass |
| Transfer Interior | Smooth stainless-steel surfaces with flush-finished welds |

ตัวเลือกที่มีอยู่
The reference arrangement combines a 304 stainless-steel chamber, three viewing doors and electronic interlocking with local status indication. Optional choices include 316 stainless steel, solid door panels, interior lighting and a configured door-release delay. Filtered-air purge is a separate active-air option; it is not included merely because three doors are fitted.
Selection and Installation
Start with a plan of the three adjoining rooms. Position each door so its swing clears nearby equipment and operators can reach the full chamber without leaning across another access opening. The clear door opening, rather than the cabinet exterior, determines which containers fit.
All users share the same internal surfaces. Keep incompatible materials and opposing clean/dirty workflows on separate routes, or define a suitable cleaning and transfer sequence. The interlock is an access-control feature, not a sterilization process or a guarantee of zero cross-contamination. Its normal sequence, emergency release and power-loss behavior need to match the selected control package.
If the transfer also requires active filtered airflow, compare the positive-pressure clean transfer pass box; a third door alone does not add an air-treatment stage.
