This 36 in assembly uses the largest selected fabricated propeller, welded tube and motor base in the three-fan group. Its greater blade area supports central industrial ventilation rather than a small branch, and the family includes continuous temperature constructions up to 204 C when the complete build is selected accordingly. Belt, bearings, motor location and coatings must all match the actual temperature and contaminant exposure.

Standard belts, bearings or coating are exposed above their temperature limits.Select the complete high-temperature construction rather than applying only a temperature-rated motor.

Poor inlet conditions reduce large-fan performance and create blade vibration.Provide adequate straight inlet length or flow straightening and avoid abrupt elbows directly at the tube.
