Separated clothing workflow
Dry changing zones reduce contact between removed contaminated garments and post-shower clothing.
This 2.13 x 3.95 x 2.43 m pneumatic line separates three sequential personnel functions. Dry undress and redress zones flank a wet centre station fitted with seven fixed heads and two trigger-gun hoses. Three people can occupy the process simultaneously, one per stage, improving controlled throughput without mixing clean clothing into the shower compartment.

A new person can enter the first station as the preceding users advance.
Seven installed heads and two trigger guns support general drenching plus targeted rinsing.

For industrial emergencies, hospital surge planning and public-response sites needing a controlled ambulatory line. Staff, waste-bag handling and clean replacement clothing must be positioned so people continue forward without cross-flow.
Specify privacy curtains, changing benches, heated water package, lighting and waste collection. Capacity planning should include staff per station, not only the three-person equipment occupancy.
