FFU กรองก่อน
A shallow coarse-media intake panel that captures fibers and large dust before they reach the FFU fan and final HEPA filter.
- Low-Resistance Coarse Media
- Shallow FFU Profile
- Rigid Aluminum Frame
- Easy Service Pull Tabs
การแนะนําสินค้า
The FFU pre-filter installs at the fan intake to intercept lint, fibers and coarse particles before they load the impeller or final filter. A shallow aluminum frame holds synthetic media against an expanded-metal support grid, preserving open area under fan suction. Service tabs allow the panel to be removed from a restricted ceiling plenum without disturbing the HEPA filter. Face dimensions, thickness, media grade and airflow direction must match the FFU intake rack.
คุณสมบัติที่สําคัญ
A rigid shallow frame remains square in the intake track during repeated service.
Expanded-metal support prevents media movement toward the rotating fan.
Pull tabs provide a defined grip point for overhead removal and replacement.
โซลูชันสำหรับแอปพลิเคชันของคุณ
An FFU intake filter must protect the fan without consuming the pressure reserve needed by the final filter.
Coarse debris accumulates on the impeller and changes fan balance. The upstream synthetic layer captures fibers and large particles before they enter the wheel.
A restrictive prefilter reduces airflow through the cleanroom HEPA filter.A shallow, open coarse-media structure preserves a broad effective flow area.
Unsupported media bows inward under fan suction. An expanded-metal grid stabilizes the media across the full panel face.
Flush panels are difficult to remove in a shallow ceiling plenum.Flexible pull tabs provide accessible service grips without adding significant depth.
