The vessel and element count are sized around 30 kg/h rather than using a heavily derated large cabinet.
This 30 kg/h-class unit uses a larger boiling vessel and a greater immersion-element bank than the compact model. Resistive heating provides controlled output without depending on feed-water conductivity, while the automatic scale-removal system addresses mineral accumulation during normal service. The medium cabinet is suited to pharmaceutical and cleanroom ducts where tighter modulation is required than a plant-steam valve or electrode cylinder may provide.
