This 740 x 720 x 800 mm cabinet is the largest fixed positive-pressure module in the frozen range. It transfers 500 CFM of adjacent-area air through a HEPA stage, providing substantially more make-up capacity than the 200 and 300 CFM variants. The deeper enclosure is intended for larger sterile preparation or controlled production rooms where pressure losses and leakage are higher.

Applications

Used for larger sterile preparation rooms, controlled production suites and laboratory areas with a higher filtered make-up requirement. Door operation, leakage and exhaust demand should be included in the room airflow calculation.

Opening a large room door causes a rapid pressure drop.Use the 500 CFM supply capacity with a defined relief path and evaluate recovery under the actual door cycle.

The larger cabinet may be difficult to integrate into a thin partition.Provide a supported frame and reserve service clearance around the 800 mm deep enclosure.

Opciones disponibles

Confirm the filter pack, fan-control method, inlet source, diffuser, service side and power supply. Cabinet supports can be adapted to the partition construction.
