The low-boron option addresses semiconductor processes that control dopant contribution from filtration materials.
This nominal 24 x 24 in model uses low-boron separatorless microglass media in a gasket-seal terminal format. The self-separating pack avoids strings, glue strips or separate pleat dividers that could add material to the airstream. Its family duty is 350 cfm at 100 fpm net face velocity, supporting unidirectional supply where boron contribution must be reduced.

Specified for semiconductor and microelectronics cleanrooms where airborne molecular or dopant control programs call for reduced boron contribution from HEPA media. The gasket configuration fits clamped terminal frames; it should not be used in a gel-grid receiver without the correct adapter.
