A 450 mm bed provides more adsorbent and twice the bank airflow of the short 1300 class without requiring the 600 mm service depth of the largest model.
The 2600-class model uses a 145 x 450 mm galvanized or stainless metal cylinder filled with acid-target activated carbon or activated alumina. In a sixteen-cylinder 610 mm square bank it provides 2500 m3/h at 110 Pa, bridging the compact 1300-class cartridge and the deep 3500-class high-capacity unit. Its refillable construction is particularly useful when temperature, repeated media changes or disposal volume favors a durable shell. Media chemistry must still be matched to the acid mixture.

Used in cleanroom make-up air, industrial recirculation and corrosion-control supply or exhaust systems with sustained acid-gas loading. The medium-depth shell suits plants needing more capacity than a short plastic cartridge while retaining manageable access clearance.
