Penetración de cable Seal
A multi-hole EPDM compression transit that organizes and seals several cables through one cleanroom wall opening.
- Six Cable Passages
- EPDM Compression Insert
- Stainless Face Plates
- Four-Point Clamping
Introducción del producto
The cable penetration seal combines a molded six-hole EPDM insert with two circular stainless pressure plates and four perimeter fasteners. Tightening the plates compresses the elastomer around individual cable routes and against the surrounding opening. A solid center and defined passages keep multiple services organized while presenting smooth, accessible faces on the partition.
Características clave
Four-point plate compression loads the EPDM insert evenly.
A solid center preserves sealing material between adjacent openings.
Stainless pressure plates protect the elastomer edges and provide clean exposed surfaces.
Soluciones para su aplicación
Multiple loose cables through one opening create irregular gaps, abrasion points and an untidy surface that is difficult to seal consistently.
Bundled cables leave uncontrolled air paths between conductors.Individual molded passages establish separate compression zones around each cable.
Sharp panel edges abrade cable jackets. The framed elastomer insert isolates cables from the cut opening.
Uneven tightening distorts the seal and leaves local gaps.Four evenly positioned fasteners distribute plate pressure across the insert.
Future cable changes are difficult with permanent potting compounds. The bolted assembly can be released for compatible cable replacement or insert servicing.
