Chemically impregnated carbon provides reactive capacity for acidic AMC rather than relying only on physical adsorption used for many VOCs.
Unlike a broad odor-control cartridge, this header filter uses chemically impregnated activated carbon selected for acidic airborne molecular contaminants. The adsorbent is embedded in pleated nonwoven and enclosed in a metal frame suitable for common air-handling tracks. This chemistry-focused configuration serves make-up and recirculation air where acid breakthrough can damage exposed equipment or disturb a sensitive process. Final media selection must follow the actual acid species and moisture conditions.

For semiconductor, electronics, battery and chemical cleanrooms where acidic AMC can corrode components or affect process surfaces. Determine whether the challenge is a strong mineral acid, sulfur compound or mixed acid stream before assigning the media blend.
Specify acid species, concentration, humidity, media depth, face dimensions, header orientation, access side, prefiltration, downstream final filter and breakthrough monitoring.
